I've been wearing the same pairs of Kinco ski gloves and mittens on rotation for skiing every weekend in Maine for 7+ years. Mittens keep me warm on the coldest Maine days (including 2 Saturdays ago) and price is right. I like the give'r classic work glove for something less bulky.
