The rear handle area on my truck has some rust close to the door lever. Are there any expert opinions on how to remedy?
Sand/dremel the area and hit with some primer or galvanizing rattle can?

The diff lock light isn't coming on on my 97. Differential is engaging/disengaging and the dash bulb is good. The dash light does not cycle on during startup like the other bulbs, should it?
Any advice on where to start?

Is there a way to make SW rear windows slide easier outside of a garrison kit? My windows aren't rattling, they're just difficult to slide/sticking.
Also, is there a travel mug out there that will fit the 97 console cup holders?

Is there a particular technique to freshening up an NAS badge? The one on my truck looks sort of oxidized.
I'd rather not remove it to repaint. Light sand in place with som 200 grit and a block? Coat it afterwards?
Looking for thirds with stock gearing for a 97 D90 or directions to a set would also be appreciated.

I have a yellow Southbound steering skid on my condition SW that I'd like to tone down. Considering powder coating, galvanizing, or simply painting black.
Would the PC be a much better and durable solution to spray painting? I'd consider removing the sliders to have coated as well...
