I was running this radiator until last fall when it looked like it developed a pin hole leak. I didnt want to wait to find someone to fix it so I just dropped in a regular radiator. I attached the pics of the leak. I paid $660 plus shipping, I was thinking 200 obo, buyer to pay shipping

As I was replacing my heater blower motor I had to take off the coolant overflow bracket and when I peaked in it was surprised to find that it is empty. I havent seen any visible leaks. All the hose clamps look good and tight. The overflow tank is aluminum so it isnt split and the over flow...

I apologize in advance for the jv nature of this post. I?m replacing the switch on my ?85 110 and for the life of me I can?t get the connectors to fully seat. I have tried warming up the new connector and have verified there is nothing blocking the pins. Any ideas?

Thanks Doug. I'll verify the timing this weekend. In terms of turning the engine to lock in the fly wheel pin what method do people recommend? I've read a breaker bar on the crank bolt or 5th gear and rotate the tires. After that the process seems straightforward.

Ok. I'll double check in the morning. By full open are you meaning the rod is maxed out and no longer moving? Also, would a waste gate actuator failing in the manner manifest it self with high EGTs?
