No factory tie down locations in the RRC. If you install some you can place them anywhere you want. Make sure to use appropriate backing plates and lots of silicone to plug the hole and waterproof it.

You can replace the RRC's accumulator and pump with one from a P38. The P38 ones never go bad. It's just some creative plumbing and a new banjo fitting and a few other fittings. Never worry about it again.
The guy that used to rebuild the Rover steering boxes for Meridian was in Las Vegas, NV. Maybe you can find out who it was and get ahold of the guy to see if he can rebuild yours for you.
If your fans aren't working on you 1990-1994 RRC, it's probably NOT the fans that are faulty. It's probably your blower motor resistor that is shot. Atlantic British makes the ONLY replacement available (other than another suspect used part). I've installed it on my 1991 RRC and have 3 speeds...
I have some extras. How many do you need? Need the pins with them too? You can rekey them by moving the pins around/matching the pins to what you have now.
