    Second row seating upgrade options

I started from a different point on my '94 110 that had 33/33/33 low back "buckets". I bought replacement Exmoor high back seats from Zack at RN, reused the frames and called it a day. They're way more comfortable and presumably stronger.

nice thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Its a bit big for what I was looking for but still a good option.

register trailer with bill of sale only (PA)

I have the 4 way -> uhaul adapter, but I guess I could also make a euro 7 pin to uhaul one pretty easily

register trailer with bill of sale only (PA)

actually not a bad idea, except they always hate non-"normal" vehicles...

register trailer with bill of sale only (PA)

Anybody have any experience with this? I'm keeping my ear to the ground looking for a cheap utility trailer as my (SW) 110 doesn't make a very good pickup truck. I'm seeing from time to time seemingly good ones with "bill of sale" only. I'm not naive but is there any point is a sale of this...

    The Very Best Thread

Concur, I've used it for frame repairs, cleaning up old tools, a machete, etc, always worked well. I have another candidate to offer to this thread. Neverwet hydrophobic coating (specifically windows, but the fabric applications work well too albeit with a very slight haze that remains but...

Doug selling his AA Yellow D90 NAS.

He definitely focuses content on the videos that make him money, but I've also been to Rausch creek with him (me on stage left in front of my old D3)

What tire size can I run on my alloy wheels?

The 7.5R16 BFG MT KM3s are what are on mine that you saw the other day. Big fan of those.

    Bought a 110: immediate non-start

Its no LS but my (slightly turned up fueling) 300tdi flies at 80 effortlessly, its the rest of the body that doesn't like it :)

Greasable bolt source? Trying to improve my tire carrier

the shaft that is located closer to the door plate doesnt help, but that's easily fixed once a month with a bit of silicone spray.

Greasable bolt source? Trying to improve my tire carrier

Correct on the design. I don't think they're failing, they seem to be the same thickness from install, its the squeaking that's driving me absolutely crazy... I can lube the shaft part that attaches near the door with silicone spray, but the hinges are the source of most of the sound.

Greasable bolt source? Trying to improve my tire carrier

The too long ones are $14/each though, I might just order them rendering this thread moot :)

Greasable bolt source? Trying to improve my tire carrier

Its just a bracket with a hole on the bottom and top, you can see the lower one in this screenshot from an install video I guess I could use a flanged bearing, but I'd really like a way to get grease into that cavity regularly. Honestly that Toyota suspension bolt would work, its just a bit...

Greasable bolt source? Trying to improve my tire carrier

I've had the britpart knockoff of the mantec tire carrier for a few years now and something that always bothered me was a lack of grease fittings on the main load bearing hinges. I have some universal zerks that I could drill/tap and add, but then I thought, why not just replace the bolts with...
