I have a 14CUX error code of 45. This indicates a problem with the Offside Lambda sensor. The question here is which side is "offside"? In the UK, it'd be the right side (drivers side), but this is a LHD NAS model. :confused:

I'd look at the ignition amplifier module. And if that ends up being the issue, get a remote mounting kit if you don't have one already. This relocated the module to the firewall and away from the heat of the engine (which kills them)...

Mine is #3 and should have the SW badge stamped LRNA/03 (Originally, It also may have been blank). It was apparently replaced with #1607 off of a '94.
