The truck was that way originally, off road it would always overheat, replaced fan clutch, same thing, electric fan solved the off road issue. The HP loss when the AC is turned on is abundantly noticeable and nothing will solve that except an engine swap.

My limited understanding is AC hose is #6, #8 and #10 in size. The size at the drier I don't recall but it is one or two of those three. The threaded fittings are universal, I believe. May I suggest using E-Z Clip fittings and hose, no crimping required! Summit Racing has the full line...
