I think Id change it to only cut off the positive for both vehicle and winch, or move the contactor closer to the battery werent NAS 110 only disconnecting the positive?

why do you assume slipped liners? the cost to make it a 4.6 is pretty low compared to having the sleeves replaced. whats another 800 after the first 3000?

try pulling the codes with rovergauge. the readout on mine has become flakey with age theres also a code set anytime the battery is disconnected. could that be it?

rovergauge cant do that. you need to put a resistor in place of the park/neutral switch to tell it is a manual. the resistance is in the rave manual and the 14cux manual
