Just take a look at this. The 605 would be my preference, particularly for space and that sound(Audi S2 type thing). That build was plagued with weird laziness(from several suppliers and the series 1 parts having no space) but the motor build and application as well as tune itself is pure genius...

Would it be easier an dmore effective to make them out of resin and fleece? mock up a frame using the current ones and add the tabs. Light and strong and heat resistant as well. Just my .02 E
