Caught up on some maintenance before I head to New Mexico for the ANARC training with I4WDTA. The clutch master started dripping a while ago… so replaced that with new double seal master, same as LOF (second master in 10 years).
Swivel seal was a bit weepy so changed that with Corteco seal...
Its is not recommended to be install in any position other than horizontal and level (Webasto installation manual) . Its not designed to work in any other position. A mate installed one in his 300Tdi and removed the washer fluid tank and installed a Td5 style washer tank under the front left...
You can defo pull them apart and rebuild em. I use the hazard switch as a base to have my Td5 switches all backlit, just pop in the rocker part of your old switch!

Good luck

Rebuilt my Webasto Thermotop C furnace. The stainless mess grill gets full of carbon deposits and runs then stops. Its a simple fix but you have to cut the top of the burner off to get at the screen. Too about an hour or so to complete. I actually had a spare burner so it made it really...
Installed more Gwynn Lewis mud guards in the rear fender area. Already have the front ones and front of rear wheel arch set. Also installed removable rear mud flaps and new Bilstein rear shocks. Sadly I replaced the OE shocks less than two hears ago with OE Boge shocks (Genuine LR supplier)...
