    Work Light Bracket

If I'm picturing this correctly, then an open rear door would completely shadow the light output... not to mention somehow having to run wires through the body - whereas the RN version allows for unobstructed light + use of existing holes. I've never found the height of the RN limiting.

You sent me down the 'build your own' rabbit hole... perhaps the most extensive options list I've seen. "Onboard scales," "trailer TPMS," etc.

(Truly mint) 1986 110 station wagon for sale

Thanks for all of the positive comments and concerns. I don't want to sell and I know objectively that I'll never afford another one like it. My reasons for listing are uniquely private this time around. If anyone has suggestions for placing it in the hands of an enthusiastic buyer or knows...

(Truly mint) 1986 110 station wagon for sale

Where to begin... full description of background at the 'other' Defender site. Current mileage is 21,528 original KMs (13,3350 mi). V8; LT85; full stainless exhaust. Brand new Scheel-Mann heated seats with armrests in matching Modus Black fabric - noting that the rear seats are Puma...

I just plugged the 1993 RRC LWB into the Google inflation calculator: $106,344.18. Yikes!

To each their own... I wouldn't spend $96,340.00 for a Dodge Ram 1500 or look at a base price Braptor at $90,035.00. The Grenadier at least has the aura of quality. Granted, within 15 seconds of looking at the first one I saw in person, I focused in on rusty hardware. Insert eye roll emoticon...

Good show! I am super jealous... on two accounts. ;)

    1997 NAS 90 vs. 1993 NAS 110

I guess the only thing I can contribute that hasn't been said (or at least I don't think so) is that the NAS110 has a lot of 'driveline slack.' I've owned two and didn't think they were nearly as much fun to drive as my NAS90s (of which I've had four). I currently have an '86 110 and just sold...

I make these comments with sincerity and among friends... my only negative observation so far is seeing a whole lotta' rust when I viewed in person. Rusty bolt heads; rusty components. The TFL video showed unpainted hubs that were rusty (in dry Colorado). Reminds me of 1993 NAS 110s on the...

I'm getting on in age, but if memory serves correctly, it was June or July of 1992 when I saw the NAS 110 in person... at the last Rovers North Rally that I believe was held. The prototype was shown to the North American public for the first time. Later, in the Fall of 1992, I brought my 1970...

I've said this before, but not on this site... prior to the pandemic, I did 30,000 miles/year of driving within Vermont. The State enacted a 'handsfree' law that began to gain some traction during 2019. Then the pandemic happened and for the first couple of weeks, I'd go for long walks...

Request for help locating an LT85 (rebuilt or parts)

My 12,000 original mile LT85 has blown up... looking for leads on a good used unit or someone who might be able to rebuild for a reasonable fee. Thanks!

Really happy for those who followed through... they look fantastic. Makes me wonder if you're experiencing the same satisfaction as those early '87 RRC owners. Enjoy - and Happy New Year!
