If I was you, I would mount it at the bottom/under the basket if possible. I think that would look clean.

They are NRC7578 Yea from what I can tell the PO had them painted Alpine White, probably when the truck was painted. They didn't do the best job painting the backside but the faces look nice. Tires are old but look brand new. Drove truck home from port, and they have been in storage since.

I believe I have a set of 5 clean ones in my basement, just need to double check part number but they are clean white 16x5.5 steelies. Located on Long Island.
