    Are Jeep Gladiators as plentiful in your neck of the woods as they are in northern Vermont? I'd say it's a 1:4 ratio of 2019+ Gladiator: Wrangler. Which is to say there's a lot of them.

    ... not to mention cheaper. I bought a set of 14"s for my 240 wagon last year and paid about $75.00 ea... and $300.00 ea to outfit my wife's XC70 with 21"s...

    Minor, but nice detail... in their "Journey Across Australia" video from last week, there's a couple of scenes of them preparing the vehicles. One shows the bonnet leaning against the windscreen - allowing full access to the engine bay.

    I know... I was just kidding. Luckily, this whole thread has taken a lighter tone.

    Exmoor Trim Jump Seats - Very Disappointed

    Disco 1 jump seats were pretty good.

    Not at all. Nice try. :) There's a big difference between "nicest" and "best." I am 100% satisfied with my '22 110... at this rate, I may well not trade it for a Grenadier, as sitting behind the wheel it does everything I ask of it, some of which is better than the 200-Series LC. This...

    I watched one as well and what I can't gather is if it's the same build quality of the 200-series that I sold last year... as I've said on this site a dozen times, that LC was perhaps the nicest "thing" I've ever owned. So hefty; so satisfying. Way, way beefier than a FJ60 I had a few years...

    Annual NAS-ROW Secret Santa / Holiday Gift Exchange 2022 (US)

    Thanks, Secret Santa! A minty, Series I -era multitool arrived at my doorstep last night. Beautifully wrapped and in perfect working order - even the label had a cool inscription letting me know it's embedded with wildflowers and to bury in 1/8" of soil. More than a few Trout Club buddies are...

    '86 Tithonus :: 1986 Land Rover Defender 110 2 Door

    No shit! A buddy took delivery last night of one he got off carsandbids the other week. His second Delica - the first one was more angular and had more zirk fittings on the suspension than a Gravely. Robust and durable.

    Not to detract from the GX discussion, nor to be too Grinchy, but at this festive time of the year, the Grenadier brings the words of Ebeneezer Scrooge to mind... "there's more of gravy than of grave about you." Land Rover translation: "there's more of Trooper II than of Defender about you."...

    That's the least offensive Lexus/BMW/Audi grille currently on offer... as I've said many times, my '11 Land Cruiser was the nicest thing I've ever owned. Wonder if the build quality and driving experience of the GX is similar?

    Annual NAS-ROW Secret Santa / Holiday Gift Exchange 2022 (US)

    What a great community. My inaugural Secret Santa and unfortunately got whacked by vertigo, a new puppy, and severe business stress right when the deadline loomed... managed to get out a great gift, but nothing like the effort I wanted. Truly impressed by the effort of others. Land Rover...

    Only the price sux: https://copleymotorcars.com/?showroom=1996-land-rover-discovery-se To their credit, the rear seatbacks and roof nets aren't all stretched out. Although one would think the passenger seat stitching would have been corrected. If you've the means and the set-aside for...

    What have you done to your DEFENDER today?

    Installed the long back-ordered steering wheel center cover and the Husky 10 is now fully functional. Normally in hibernation by this time of year, but couldn't pass up the chance to roll up the canvas and enjoy one more day of 70 degree weather. Both will be tucked away within the week.

    Haha! Their shtick seems to be her smiling overenthusiastically throughout their videos and him berating her correctively. Ineos seems to be trying too hard to be minimalistic/unique with the steering wheel... a la Citroen DS or Lagonda, but with too many buttons. It does seem like a...
