    300TDI intercooler, fan, and shroud

I installed my full length intercooler today, so I have some old parts to sell. All are off my 300TDI. 1. Intercooler FTP8030, asking $50 2. Cooling fan w/ viscous unit ERR2789 ERR2266 asking $50 3. Fan shroud ESR2308, asking $50 Part numbers for reference. The sticker is still on the fan...

300tdi coolant thermostat transfer “elbow” sensors

I looked in the parts book and could not find the sensors, just the coolant manifold. I am on travel now, so I can't look at my manifold w/ switches, but I think there were part numbers engraved on the brass part of the switches. You might be able to search those numbers and come up with something.

    Clutch Fluid

From what I gather, the powerspring sold by LOF is a stronger spring than what comes on the TD5 clutch pedal. So it reduces the pedal effort even further.

    Clutch Fluid

This is on my project list. LOF has on their website: 1. Does the POWERspring fit my DEFENDER? The LOF POWERspring will fit Defender models 300TDI, TD5 and also TDCI PUMA vehicles. In order to double check that it will fit, simply take a look at your clutch pedal: If the clutch pedal arm is a...

    Where Is This Leak?

I had a horrific leak on my 300TDI that started about 50-100 miles after a full rebuild. I ended up pulling the pan, replacing the t-seals and rear main with a rear main from Turner. I didn't think it was worth my time to do the rear main and not the t-seals in-case I was wrong. I have put a...

    Wheel bearing advice

If you are doing a Salisbury rear with the outer seals also, the number is FRC8222. It took me a while to find that number.

    EMP-proof Defender

I am going on my limited knowledge of EMP's, but I thought they mainly destroyed electronic devices, not all electrical things. Being that a fuel stop solenoid is electrical, and does not have any solid-state components in it, I think the 300TDI as built is EMP proof. You might end up with a...

FS/FT four XZL's one old XZT and wheels

I am selling my old set of four Michelin XZL's and one REALLY old XZT on ANR4636 wheels. Four of the wheels are painted black on the outside, but still white on the inside. The XZL's are in pretty good shape, the XZT is good as a spare under a tire cover, but I would not run it on the road. I am...

    egauges.com going out?

Same here. I placed an order on Saturday. I received an e-mail today that all three gauges I ordered were backordered and they we canceling my order. I ended up buying all three on Amazon. I ended up paying a little more, but Amazon listed all three of them as being in-stock (VDO Vision EGT...
