A quick Google search will net you a few sources or buy a blank plate off of EBay and stamp it yourself. Just please don't do anything illegal. This community doesn't need any more scrutiny than we have already had because of a few nefarious characters.

I flew up to look at that one. It was an overpriced rolling mess and I’m being generous with the description.

I would think a machine shop could remove them by heating the steel and quenching the brass but that is just a guess. Certainly free to ask if they can.
