1990 Saab 900T 16V four door
1994 Saab 900T Cabriolet

The Saabs probably made Land Rover ownership seem easy ;)

Nice to see they were all classics (the '94 Cab was a classic for that year wasn't it?) And mostly Turbos too. I would love to get another classic 900 Turbo

Indeed, good to see some Saab love. At the risk of disclosing another manufacturer... and further embarrassing myself (all manuals, except one FWIW):

1993 900s 16v sedan
1991 9000 Turbo
1993 900 Turbo hatch
1990 900 base 16v sedan
1992 900s convertible
1984 900s 8v hatch
1986 900 SPG
1987 900 Turbo hatch (Albany Airport's 5th wheel friction tester! My only slush-box)
1993 900 Turbo Commemorative
1982.5 900 Turbo 8v hatch (one prior owner - and only ONE mechanic who put the car into service through the day I sold in 2018. Particularly special as it was Pine Green, a color exclusive to Saab NA execs)

P.S. If anyone has an interest - or knows of anyone who might be - PM me, as I learned last night that the aforementioned ONE mechanic is going to prepare his 2-owner, highly original '78 Cardinal Red 99 Turbo for sale. Fastidiously cared for would be an understatement.

Yep, 2004 9-3 ‘vert was my DD in Switzerland for 5 years. Had to buy chains for Winter and then it became a little tank. Still in the garage.

Yes the 94 was the last 900 classic body style. Loved those Saabs. I would still be driving them if GM has not deiven them into the dirt.

GM did discontent them during their ownership yet Saab still had much say in the 9-3 development. So much so that the Saab folks got kicked off the later cars. Still enjoy our 2004 9-3 ‘vert.

There was a good Jeremy Clarkson/Top Gear episode where Clarkson was saying that Saab was supposed to use most of an Opel platform for a new model but Saab ended up changing almost all of it.

My buddy was telling me some of the 9-3's can be made to put out a lot of horsepower. So surprised there isn't more of a demand for those Swedish gems.

Yep watched it and pretty funny how pissed GM was when Saab did it.

Think folks freak when they learn the marque no longer exists so they think parts are unavailable when actually not a problem.
