300tdi coolant thermostat transfer “elbow” sensors

On a 300tdi coolant transfer elbow (not sure what else to call it, so I attached a photo) there are 2 sensors in the with AC version. Which sensor controls what and what is the activation temperature? For those of you that will respond, look in the ROM, that is not practical at this point in time for me.

I looked in the parts book and could not find the sensors, just the coolant manifold. I am on travel now, so I can't look at my manifold w/ switches, but I think there were part numbers engraved on the brass part of the switches. You might be able to search those numbers and come up with something.

Thank you! I did find it yesterday but I cant recall specifically the temps and don’t want to risk sharing the wrong figures. What I did determine and recall is the temps will be fine for when I want my fans to activate.
